Pearl strands that are worn often should be restrung every year or two, and strands that are "special occasion jewelry" should be restrung every five years or so. If your pearls are sliding on the silk, it's time to restring. I can also create pieces for you either with your existing pearls/beads, or with pearls and beads ordered in for you.
